    Just wanted to express my appreciation for the information available in everyone's posts. Had ordered a 650, but decided to wait until some of the bugs are worked out. Interestingly, the service rep never asked why I was canceling the order. When I volunteered that hardware and software failures were just too prevalent, absolutely no reaction. I suspect every store is becoming acutely aware of the problems. How long will the carriers put up with the failures and look for a better vendor?

    Sooner -- The posts that stand out most on this site are the "complaint" ones.. There are lots of people including myself that have no issues. Give it a shot, all the carriers have return policies! If it isn't working out for ya after your trial period, get your money back.
