    I have a Visor Deluxe PDA and I'm having to do a lot of Hard Resets. I also have not paid for a lot of the shareware programs. Could that be contributing to my error messages?

    I don't think not registering (yet) would cause any problems. Most shareware simply puts in a nag feature or disables some funtions of the program. It could be, however, that some of your shareware is incompatible with each other or with the visor. Check the incompatibility list the the software area (not the forum).
    If you choose not to decide, you still have made a choice...

    Have you checked for the 8 MB DRAM problem? Go to the support section of Handspring.com and download the latest OS patch.
