I usually clean it out with a q-tip. I carry it in my pocket quite a bit with a screen protector so the dust and lint builds up.

yea a qtip wont fit in the side cracks between the screen and the plastics, also would liguid hurt the screen if i cleaned it with say rubbing alchohol or somehting of the sort?

I use Brillianize #8 (awesome stuff) with a anti static cloth or a optical cleaning cloth then I blow it with a can of compressed air.

No! I've used it for years for everything plastic/plexiglass etc. I use it on my tinted windows in the car and the interior windows of corporate jets amongst many other things!
By the way, if you search "brillianize" in the forum you'll discover that I'm not the only one who finds it great!

    heh

you can use a very dilute dish soap soultion to clean. getting the dust out is a mechanican issue tho. you need to dig it out of the corners with something. Try a toothpick perhaps that is softened by soaking it in water for a bit.

Probably a very thin piece of plastic would get the dirst/dust of of the edges. This crap build-up also contributes to the touch screen playing tricks on you.

    Hello,

This is Kevin from palmOne. Here is another suggestion, from the palmone Knowledge Library. You can use the corner of a piece of thin, stiff paper (copier paper works well) to very gently slide all around the edge of the screen. Don't let the corner of the paper travel more than an eighth of an inch under the screen edge frame. By doing this, you may be able to dislodge small particles of debris trapped under the frame.

    Sincerely
    Kevin
