I was supprised when I went to SplashBlog's front page that there wasn't any "recently posted" links, or any way of actually randomly viewing "blogs". You pretty much have to rely on users posting "somewhere" what their blog address is. Go to the front page of some of the more "mature" moblogs like TextAmerica or Flickr and you'll see what I mean. Guess for now, until they enhance SplashBlog, we'll have to rely on finding out about blogs via forum postings like this.

This is one of the things that I wish they would add to there website. Maybe if the splash folks are listening you could try and add this feature, PLZ?

SplashBlog or HBlogger from NormSoft? Which one is the recommended for a 650?

I'm enjoying it as well, 6 days left and then I will most likely buy it.

OK after looking at all these Blogs, I decided to join the fun. I have never done this or even looked at one, until I saw this post so here's my first attempt, from my Vacation in Las Vegas..... www.splashblog.com/reverendrhino I hope that some day they can add Video from our 650's.

Can you get RSS feeds for these things? That's why Flickr rules the roost right now, IMO.

Oh, and it's free (for a running 100 photo set).

I started using SplashBlog as a test, and I really do like it -

www.splashblog.com/nrosser - it's still getting going, mostly has pics of my kids and such

and I also have a more mature (meaning, it's been there longer, not that the content is more 'mature', necessarily) moblog at http://nrosser.textamerica.com

There are some things I like about both - I use a Verizon device, and for some reason, even though I have the pixmail/whatever option on my account, I can't send pics with any regularity - the MMS network constantly poops on me. That's one reason I like Splashblog - it doesn't require the carrier picture messaging feature (which in Verizon's case, for me, is just not stable).

Yes I could maybe see myself dumping Sprint's $5 per month picture package for this. But not yet Besides they gave me two months free.

You could dump the picture package and use Flickr instead. You could afford their pro package, which is really sweet!
