I seem to have speed performance issues with my Treo 650.

While I'm getting constant rock solid 160kbps pretty much all the time inside the treo when I download files with either Xiino or Blazer, whenever I use tethering performance is significantly degraded.

I can't seem to go over 110kbps with BT DUN and PDANet maxes out at around 55kbps if I use bluetooth or at around 80kbps if I use the USB cable.

Any pointers where the problem may be?

I'm using Windows XP and the Cingular Treo 650.

More than likely it's set to use 115,200 bps as the data rate for that virtual serial port via usb. That would certainly put a limit as to how fast it would go when tethered.

It's not.. I checked and set the modem to 900kbits or something like that and nothing changed, this was for BT DUN.
Are you getting faster than 110kbps when tethering?
