    Hi, I want to know when you ask for a return label for your 650 to send back to P1..and they mail you a new replacement...what type of emails do you get?

    I have two emails, one Order Confirmation and one Ship Confirmation, should you also receive other emails like RMA number or so?

    Here's the order confirmation (which has no order number from P1):

    I also receive a email for the refund of the 650 where with subject "Your Credit has been issued" and it's been credited in my visa as well. Should I really expect to receive another 650 from them?

    I don't have a tracking number for Canada post, you have it??

    I think if somehow, I really get two 650, I'll see if my first one is a lemon or not..so I can open the other one and send the lemon one back to P1.

    I requested a replacement one be sent to me from PalmOne yesterday morning but have not even received an email from them yet confirming that they are going to send one.

    How long did it take you to get the initial email for the replacement Treo?

    I guess by the time I called them after I received the wrong shipment to receive their first email, it's 3 days. And within the 3 days, my old 650 order has been refunded already...I guess..if they do send me the 650 replacement, should they expect I'll send back the 650 in original package or send them the wrong shipment as World travel charger.

    Yes i have canada post tracking number provided by palm cust serv.
    You can call palm and ask for tracking number use you previos order number not new one.And palm cust serv should provided to you replasment order number starting with numbers 3xxxxxxx
    The canada post tracking number attach internaly by palm to you previos order number for repalsment(same in my case when i call palm they ask me for my previos order number)

    I'll better just wait to see what will I receive in these two months...and monitor my visa account as well.....since for my previous order, they refund the money back to me already....if they really re-ship another 650 to me..I'll see what'll be inside the box...like any number or return label or whatever.....somehow..they really screw up my account on their system.
