    Hi

    I recive the treo 650 last week from palm
    And I returned back to palm (low volume issue)

    I call palm one to get a new treo 650
    The palm accept my new order

    I recived confirmation email
    Your shipment includes the following item(s):

    Item: 1869804
    Description: PALM Treo 650 GSM
    Quantity: 1 @ $ .00
    Status: Shipped via: CANP - Canada Post Expedited
    Parcel
    Track@

    But palm use purolator before
    I call canada post and give them tracking they say to me this shipment can't send from the states only from canada
    So palm one have warehouse in canada?

    Any help please

    I think Rogers is getting ready to release the 650. One of the tech support people at Rogers I recently spoke with said "next month we'll be selling it." If that's the case then it's very possible that P1 now has 650 inventory in a warehouse here in Canada. (They also sell a lot of 600's here and not all are Rogers branded.) So while it's only been a month by now P1 could have stocked their Canadian warehouse. Honestly I'm just speculating, but if you have a tracking number I'm sure you'll get your phone. (Unless they send you a travel charger by mistake like happened to another person.)

    Please post with your findings on the volume of your new 650 when you get it. Is is louder?

    I got your same email without the tracking number or even order number and say shipping by Canada post....on top of another email with purolator shipment.

    I want to know when Palmone Canada carries the phone, can we have support from it and send any problem phones to there instead of sending back to US?

    I think you getting to recive 2 phones
    One which replasment (canada post)-Palm using for replasment
    And second regular order (purolator)-Palm using for regular orders
    Did you got email with returning instruction?

    I got two Order confirmation and two Ship confirmation. One set is my new order (where the guy refunds my old order as he said there's no such re-ship policy) The new order has my order number and purolator tracking information. The other set is same as you...but it has no order number and no tracking information..and it said the value of the T650 is $0.00. Do you receive both order and ship confirmation like me?

    I don't have any other email from P1 except for the Getting Start with your new treo email.

    tashkent...forget to say..I also got the "Your credit has been issued" email for my refund.

    I not recive any email with credit card refund
    I think you need to check you credit card statement for couple month

    I ony get 2 emails
    First email no order number and no tracking information look like this:
    Your shipment includes the following item(s):

    Second email look like this:

    Dear Customer,

    Thank you for contacting store.palm.com.

    I am writing you in regards to your defective smart phone. The reship
    for your new unit will be entered within the 24-48 hours and you will
    receive a confirmation of that via email. You should receive your new
    unit within 3-4 days. You will be contacted via email once your new
    smart phone is shipped. Also approximately 24-48 hours after you
    receive your new Treo smartphone we will email you a prepaid return
    label so that you may send the defective unit back. Please keep in mind
    that once you receive the new smart phone you will have 9 days to ship

    What's the subject for your first mail? Order confirmation or Ship confirmation? I don't have the 2nd one you got since they never ship me the 650 yet...so I don't have defective unit to send them back.

    tashkent, from your emails, do you have any special reference number so that P1 knows it's you?

    I really don't have any RMA number.....since I called the P1 CSR order status desk about the wrong shipment that mess up by purolator..the first guy said they'll re-ship it...and the second guy confirmed where I don't need a new order number...and I should receive email for new tracking, but I didn't)...and the 3rd guy said they don't have re-ship policy and have to refund my first order and place a new order...

    I checked my old order number on the P1 order status page, it doesn't have new tracking information..everything is old in there.......and the new order number....my shipment arrives at toronto...have a high chance to get it today ^^
