    Hey Folks,

Hoping you can answer this for me. I have my laptop and a desktop at a client site. I want to sync my email, calendar, and tasks on my laptop, but then on the work computer I want to just sync the calendar. I thought the 650 could do this... different hotsync profiles or something. On the hot sync screen I show my Laptop in the drop down box under IR to a PC/Handheld.... could this be related?

Anyhelp is appreciated... if its in the manual or on here I haven't been able to find it, if you know where it is please guide me in the right direction.

    Thanks

On the work computer, disable the conduits that you don't want. Go to the Hotsync Manager (icon in the system tray), choose Custom..., select the appropriate conduit, select Do nothing and Set as default, and click OK. Repeat for the other conduits.

Thanks Mark, just found that myself... it somehow reset itself not sure why... trying again... also found a setting in there that allows for Syncing on Multiple PC's. I checked that box... not sure what it will do.... question is do I need to do that Syncing on Multiple PCs on my laptop too? I am sure its in the manual but I don't have it with me... if anyone knows.

or if you get a mac and use iSync, you can sync to one computer and then iSync will sync to multiple computers for you. I'm not trying to sell you on a mac, just sharing.

OK... well as much as I think macs are cool, I just can't break down and buy one quite yet.

But the plot thickens on my issue. I now have it syncing between work desktop to treo, personal laptop to treo, but my events from my laptop don't seem to make it to the desktop even though they make it to the treo... wierd! I don't mind too much because I didn't really want my personal stuff on the work pc, but any clue why that is doing that?

#2 When I schedule an All Day Event on the Treo (one with no time associated with it), the Treo puts it at the top of the day with a diamond, perfect, but when it syncs to Outlook, it gives it a start and end time of 1am. Any ideas why? I want it to not have any time associated.
