I just came from a Windows mobile device and there was a way for me to sync my exchange mailbox to my phone. NOT live or pushed or anything like that - it would just updated when I was syncing.

It was just nice to have a couple of weeks on the device for refrence when I needed it.

Is there a way to do this with a Treo 650?

Yes, sort of. There is an "ActiveSync" feature of VersaMail that will talk directly to an Exchange 2003 server. See the VersaMail documentation on the CD for more info.

DocumentsToGo (one of the editions you have to buy) will synch with your Outlook mail as well.

Older versions of VersaMail used to have a conduit for synching with Outlook, but I don't think the one with the 650 does.

That is for OTA syncing with the server. I just want to kind of have a backup copy on my phone.

    Thanks for the help though.

Sorry, you are right, ActiveSync is over the phone. But the DocumentsToGo sync is not.
