I have an idea. Why don't you try using AvantGo Customize page? I've never tried but you could write down http://aolmail.aol.com then you make a 4 dept link. Then you HotSync you handheld with AvantGo. On your handheld you will see the option to enter your username and password then click on sign on. Then next time you HotSync you might be able to get your e-mail. Try it you have nothing to lose but remember to back up all your data first.

This is a good solution for people who might want to give a try using their serial cradle with aol mail and PilotNet. However, for people like me who uses USB ports this is not a solution to the problem. However, after I e-mailed "hstcompdany" he replied to me saying:

"At this time, I know of no other program that will allow you to connect your Visor via your PC Modem. However, AOL is rumored to be working on a way to sync your email without a Palm modem -- so keep an eye on the PDA discussion boards."

    Anybody knows anything about this?

    Thanks

I heard somebody on visorcentral is testing the Beta version of AOL mail for PDA's. Anybody knows what to expect on this new version and when will it be officially released?
