    I'm getting some random resets now... once after hotsyncing (not sure if that one was normal) and definately once in treoguard. I left my treo charging overnight and it froze.

    is it worth it to replace? what are my chances of getting another defected treo? how long did the whole process take from sending it to them to your receiving it?

    Most likely I don't think it's a hardware problem, but a software problem.

    The best testing is to hard-reset your Treo 650 and test with it only with the built-in software to see if it still has problems.

    I agree. If it works fine "clean", the there is something funky with the software you are installing.
