My new Treo XP finally arrived today. Only problem is when I switched it on it asked me where I wanted to go today. I responded that I was quite happy where I am and it went into a series of looping resets. Dammit I still can't find the CTRL-ALT-DEL keys!!!

Just keep the 5000 under 88 miles per hour and you should be fine. The speed limitation is rough, but it's better than seeing Doc killed by plutonium-seeking terrorists, no?

Lets hope Palmone stops increasing the number to the Treos. It seems the higher the number, the higher the price.
We are all dead, we just don't know it yet.

Anyone else get theirs? I'm real curious because mine has a red case, the screen is real grainy, it only has two knobs instead of a keyboard, and near the bottom it has this.....

    etch-a-sketch

When did palmone acquire this company????

In hindsight Palm might have been wrong to build a nuclear power source into the Treo 666 - it could never be as elegant as the steam powered Treo Mark II

Define "soon". Soon as in next month, next year, next ice age?

    - Faster processor, but phone dialing and app switching will still be slow
    - More memory (64MB), but still not enough
    - Better camera (hey, something has got to get better)
    - Yet another "universal connector" that is different
    - Speaker volume improvement and mic improvements (but still lacking
    - Reset button externally accessible
    - No antenna (or smaller stub)
And you tell me to lighten up?
