    After hours of playing with the settings I finally got ND to run flawlessly on mmplayer. If anyone wants a copy, im not sure how I can host it, but Id be more than willing to share this file.

    Im still able to use my treo without charge for the rest of the day without power failure. And thats even with chatter email running continuously. And unlike the PSP I also have the luxury of using an extra battery for emergency. The movie file itself is only about 200mb. With a screen as small as the treo you can lower the bitrate to 300kb and still get good clarity.

    Congrats. 32 k/sec audio is ghastly IMO, but enjoy I guess I encode my movies at 320 x 180 with 96kbps stereo sound.

    May I ask why you're rotating the movies 90 degrees? The Treo screen is a square so there's no advantage. We've been comparing apps here:

    I believe that is a MAC app. At least I've not found it for the PC yet.
