    I actually never saw the T650 in person, I been using the T300 for about a month; went to the Sprint store today and saw the T650 I was blown away, called Sprint to upgrade but they gave me the run around on upgrading my phone (couldn't get the same deal as new customer even though my contact was up), so I bought the cingular version from this website, pretty much the same price as Sprint anyway...I guess they only want you for customers every two years

    Anyway, I can't wait!!

    Ohh I forgot, is there anything I should know about the T650 or Cingular service since I acted a fool and did an impluse buy? Thanks

    Sprint gave me the runaround when I called them about the 650 but when I told them i was leaving to go to cingular they gave me a $150 retention rebate. and offered to buy my treo 600 from me for $75 . I took the $150 rebate but will sell the 600 on Ebay.

    If you get MEdia Works before they strip it down to 3MB for 19.95 you're okay.
    Cingular tech support is just as bad as Sprint. So, you won't miss a thing

    This is where it might help to ask to speak to a "retention specialist," but yes, the fact that any given cell phone company spends hundreds of dollars to win one new subscriber, but won't spend a fraction of that to keep an existing one from jumping ship is one of the great mysteries of our time.
