    IMChatter states to soft reset prior to hotsync download of upgrade, but I've done this several times, and the log states the install failed because file is already loaded...(also checked version, old still there)

    Do I need to delete Chatter from my smartphone first, then load?...I don't want to lose any data from my inbox....or will this dup from my IMAP email provider?

    Reset the phone using Chatter's "Reset Phone / Upgrade" menu command. Then, hotsync the new files.
