    Dont laugh! I had one of these for my Sanyo phone for over a year and it worked flawlessly... I still have it, but the Treo doesnt have a strap slot. You dont have to use it with the chain. Mine "hung" from a single link connected to the strap part of my sanyo and samsung phones. Its the Rivet CLip and can even be mounted in a vehicle as well. Very versatile!

    If you just happen to fall off a high building while sleep walking, and the phone gets caught in a crack, will the string hold your weight till the rescue team arrives?

    I would like to know the answer to this as well. I do a lot of falling off high buildings while sleep walking and this may come in handy.
