    I am getting the following message:

    "Hotsync Manager was unable to initialize the TCP/IP connection socket. Please check your network configuration from the windows control panel. Make sure you have a TCP/IP network installed and configured correctly."

    Can someone please help me what I need to do to eliminate receiving this message as I am not sure what to do with the control panel?

    Note, that I am able to Hotsync using my usb cable and I receive emails in outlook just fine.

    When you right-click the Hot Sync icon in the sytem tray, is the Network option checked? If so, then you're trying to do a network sync which probably isn't configured properly (if at all).
