    Hi,
I have had ZERO problems with my beloved Treo 650, but just yesterday, while sync'ing, I started to get this error in my hotsync log:

"Unable to create handheld database. SyncCreateDB returned 4019.
    HotSync Exchange synchronization failed.
Protocol Error: The requested command is not supported (4019)"

What is this 4019 error and how can I get it back to 100% sucessful syncs?

    Thanks,
    ~'kito

Did you ever find a resolution to this?

It sounds like a corrupt database. Where in the log does it appear? You may want to try having your PC overwrite your handheld (or vice versa) as a one time thing. It depends which database is giving you the error. Its position in the log should give you a clue.

If you use TomTom, I think the resolution to this is in #240 in this thread...http://discussion.treocentral.com/sh...019#post517511

If not, maybe someone else can suggest something.

Yep palooza, that was the resolution.
I have been fine now for the past month.
