    Hi,

In the FIND screen of TAKEphONE - if you type in a number, then you can either "Save..." to a new record, or "Find..." to lookup that number first.

    Shimon,

I've been experiencing some issues I believe are related to KeyCaps600 within TAKEphONE. When I dial three repeat numbers (typically toll-free 1-888 numbers) I hear the three DTMF tones but it only displays two digits. And when I send it only dials the two repeat digits--which throws the whole number off.

I do have disable in phone checked but I don't know if this also works for TAKEphONE.

    Does this sound familiar?

    Thanks.

    Hi,

Well - I heard about similar issues in the past.
Nothing much I can do here - seems KeyCaps does something here.
What if you dial them SLOOOOWWWWLLLYYY ?

Anyway - maybe ask the KeyCaps developer to add a "Disable in TAKEphONE" option, too.

    Shimon,

When pressing the on screen keypad, I no longer hear the 'beeps'. I have volume settings enabled for both. This happened when I adjusted the volume level in TP from 1 to 3.

What settings do you have in TAKEphONE's "Volume" preferences ?

Is there anyway you could add a clear voicemail indicator? Mine hangs from time to time and when I clear it from the phone app it still shows in TP. Thanks.

Tap the voicemail icon, and you should see an option to clear it.

When in the history tab, filtering for a specific contact doesn't allow all of its entries to be deleted. Can you add a feature that will allow this?

How about multiple deletion of contacts in history and being able to delete all entries of specific contacts?

At present, deletion in history can be done one at a time only even if its the same contact you want to delete.

    Hi,

Currently I did not want to add complex deleting caps to the call log, since most features already exist in the built-in call log.

(admitingly - not this great idea).

I added this to the "maybe" features list....

Hey Shimon, I just had to drop and line and say thanks.... again.

I purchased TAKEphONE several years ago when I owned a Kyocera 7135 and your app was absolutely REQUIRED as far as I was concerned.

Time comes and goes and I had my Treo 600 and now my Treo 650 and I finally wondered, "Hey, I wonder how well this program still ranks on functionality?"

So I downloaded the app and almost instantly I (re-)realized just how easy it was to use and how useful it was. The Treo 650 is more than a few steps of improvement past that Kyocera 7135, but your app still shines.

Better yet was the fact that the registration code I had from 2003 still worked.

Just needed to point out that some old customers remain current. It just takes us a while. Thanks for all your work.

    Shimon,

Don't know if this has been suggested in the past, but I thought it would be a useful feature.

I usually find myself using my phone at home or in my office or car where noise/privacy is not an issue, therefore I tend to use the speakerphone quite a bit. My thought was to add an auto-on speakerphone feature.
Basically have an option to automatically activate the speakerphone when a connection is detected.

If it's not used all the time, maybe have a pop-up box ask "Would you like to activate the speakerphone?"

Don't know how feasible this is, but it's certainly a feature I would use pretty often. What do you think?

    Hi,

    That's a good idea.

Problem is - I dont know of any software interface for me to control the Speakerphone from within my program.

I have managed to control it with 2dial, but the mechnism I use there is quite complex, and I dont want to add it into TAKEphONE.

So - afraid if you want this feature - you will have to get 2dial...

OK, so here's the challenge. Is there a way to program 2Dial to turn on the speakerPhone for "ANY" outgoing call, ie 1-###-###-#### ??????
