Hello, I've loaded the Treo 650 manual in pdf form using Adobe Reader Palm on the SD card (Adobe on card also), but it is not readable. I can read other PDFs' with no trouble. The table of contents can be seen, but all other pages are just blank (white). The file is definitly opened, cause the page numbers are listed and can be scrolled.
I 've tried different settings on Palm Adobe Reader converter while loading and deleting many times with no luck. Anybody experienced this or have suggestions to fix this? Thanks.

Just as an aside, have you tried using the DTG7 desktop conduit instead to convert and view the pdf? I think DTG is probably better than Adobe's palmos reader anyway...

No, only DTG6 which came with treo.

It's DTG7 that comes with the 650. In addition, I just got a notification that there's an update to v7.003 available.

Just found a fix. The bad PDF was from Sprintpcs site. Downloaded manual from Palmone site and was able to read from SD card.

IIRC, the one on Sprint's site matches the one on the Treo CD. They both have embedded hotlinks (or whatever they're called in PDF-ville), while the one from P1 does not. I wonder if that's why Adobe choked on it?

It's on the Treo CD. After registering it at DataViz you'll be able to update it.

Unfortunately, the 650 comes with the Pro version that doesn't support PDF's. For that, an upgrade ($) to the Premium version is required.

Your right. I was using DTG6 (must have imported it from my old pda somehow). WOW, what a huge difference from DTG6 and 7. On a side note, this is a great forum and already learned a lot about my new toy.
