Is there a procedure for ejecting the SD Card so that you will not corrupt it? Do you just wait until the Treo is not reading or writing from the card to eject it?

Acutally, I just ejected my card while playing an MP3 and all it did was stop playing. The card is still perfectly fine. Now worries my friend. If anything, don't eject while transferring data in any manner (copying or moving either way or writing to the card), as that will corrupt the file in the final location (eg copying from RAM to SD and sjecting while in progress will corrupt the uncompleted file on the card, not the card itself).
