I had it for the 600 and can't remember what it was called. It's currently locking and screen turning off after about a minute.

Go to the power preferences and you can change it up to three minutes. Anymore than that will require third-party software.

There was a free third party software I used with the 600, anyone remember?

I use AlwaysOn. It's free on palmgear. Settings up to an hour and then always on. The only problem is it resets to the default 3 minutes every time the Treo resets. Which is happening daily.

There is also another nifty app called OnCradleOn -- also freeware at Palmgear.com.

It sets your device to 'always on' whenever it is charging (via AC adapter, sync'n'charge cable, or cradle). I've used it both on my Samsung SPH-i500 and now the Treo 650 without any problems.

It was Always On, but I'll try the other as well. Thanks.
