    Are the two blue rubber pieces on the back of the Treo 650 (up by the antennae) supposed to be pulled out or stay in place? I guess they just kind of look cheesy to me. I'm guessing those pieces just cover a screw or something.

    Yes, they cover screws.

    Actually the big one (assuming it is the same as it was on the 600) is not a screw cover. Unerneath is some small circular port or plug of some type. I lost mine on my 600 back in the day and we talked about it in length on here. The consensus was that it is some sort of booster antenna plug.

    Correct... it's a connector for an external antenna.
