Putting my 650 in the microwave for 45 seconds at the medium/high setting seems to have helped make everything better.

Cautionary Note: Depending on the wattage of your microwave you may need to adjust your cook time accordingly.

Has anyone else discovered a "quick fix" for their 650?

Great tip! However, the microwave seems to be causing the "cardboard box sounds" found in most 650s. I put my 300 in THE OVEN, preheated to 350 deg., and 10 minutes later...Wadda ya know?? A 650 popped out. Amazing!!

Now that I've had time to think about what I've done for a few minutes, I wonder what Lock/Line will have to say about my huge grey plastic medalion I made for them.

And now that I've just thought about it a little more...I wonder what they would send me if I REALLY sent them a melted 300? A new 650 WOULD be nice.

Try a CD Rom 1st B4 Treo. Only 2 seconds. Watch the fireworks via window. Then see if you have the courage to proceed.
