I got it to install successfully by copying it to an SD card through the desktop, then copying the two files into internal memory with FileZ.

What's the difference between Note Pad and Memo Pad? Just the graffiti and alarm capabilities? Any other advantages?

    TurboTiger - yes.

Note Pad is used to take a quick short note or tel. # which can be written free hand on the screen. You can also draw on the screen (like directions).
Memo uses a text format which basically can accepts a lot more info. Copy & paste to or from word docs etc.
I have over 100 memos on various items.
    I hope this helps.

Thanks TurboTiger. After playing around with it a little on my 600, I didn't see anything that I need that Memo Pad doesn't already give me, but I'll give it a little more time.

you cant sync your notepad items...

These prc's can't be loaded on the Treo 600-hot syncing prevents it and I tried beaming the app from my wife's Tungsten C but no go.

I'm stuck with using CIC's Quicknotes.

I had to transfer directly from the desktop to the SD card, then use FileZ to move them to internal memory. Then, just launch the app.

    PabloTX,
Is there a way of getting the files from my laptop to my SD card without a card reader?

The NotePad app doesn't do Graffiti... it's a freehand doodling app similar to DiddleBug. Think of it as an electronic sticky note!

You can use a program called "card export" or "palm file browser"
