Just received my "Supertooth" hands free speakerphone yesterday and I have to say I am EXTREMELY pleased! It has built-in Lithium Ion batteries that are supposed to last for 12 hours of talk time and has a metal clip that mounts to my visor (nice and close to my head for good microphone reception) -- the Supertooth has a magnet on the back to stick to the clip and allows for easy removal -- I'm even using it indoors now as a speakerphone!

The sound quality is excellent and clear and the volume on the speaker is great -- even in the car. I had NO problems pairing it with my Treo 650 and I am as happy as a clam!

Here's a link to the product -- but I bought it on eBay $100 delivered.

In addition to DriveBlue, have any of you seen these links? Some have an LCD panel for caller ID.

Having had more time using my Supertooth, I can't tell you how great this unit is! Sometimes I have to adjust the volume for different callers but other than that is has worked extremely well!

    Gets my thumbs up!

Can you hardwire the Supertooth to your vehicles power so you don't have to take it into the house to recharge? Can you post some pics of it in your car? Some of the pics on their website look totally photoshopped.

I'm interested in this device also....and more "real" photos.

I bet you could hardwire this just as a radar detector b/c you get a DC adapter included in the box.

    Guys -

It comes with an auto charger and an adapter to plug into an AC outlet in the house that the auto adapter plugs into. You can leave the auto adapter in the car and charge it when you're not using it or take it into the house every few days and charge it (seems to charge in a couple of hours).

I'll take some pictures with it tomorrow in daylight with my Treo 650 and post on here tomorrow evening.

    Still loving it though!

Better late than never -- sorry it took so long to post some pics but work has been crazy....

I apologise for the quality of the photos -- close quarters in the car when taking the pics with my Treo650 -- but I hope they answer your questions.

Still loving the Supertooth -- GREAT product!

What is that button on the bottom panel below the word Bluetooth? Is it the power button?

    It's the power switch (on/off).

    NyCubby,

I really like the SuperTooth device. It would be perfect if it had a LCD. Of course, we can use the LCD on the phone, but it would be cooler. I would love to tell the manufacturer to add something to the product that I find useful.

It's surprising that members aren't seeing the value of SuperTooth. Perhaps most of the members are upset that the Treo 650 is not working with their cars built-in Bluetooth capability.
