    I set up my 650 yesterday. The Sprint PCS Business Connection, personal edition works great for receiving emails, but it will not allow them to be sent.

    It will look like I'm sending them on the handheld, as the email shows up in Sent Mail, but it is never received. ( I tested several email addresses)

    I also tried to send from the desktop access. It would look like it sent the email, but it never shows up in the sent mail on the desktop version.

    I'm using exchange.

    Any suggestions?

    I figured it out. I opened up outlook on the machine that I have the Business Connection set up on and they were all sitting in my outbox.
    As long as I keep Outlook open as well...........they go.

    Does it show up in Sent Mail using your Windows client, when you send using Business Connection?

    If so, is the address it is sending to, the correct address?

    If you mean by Windows Client the desktop version of Sprint Business connection..........the answer is no.

    hmm... that is wierd that they were sitting in your Outbox..
    It sounds like Business Connection program on your desktop PC is running outlook in offline mode...Maybe the default profile is offline?

    I dunno..

    You shouldn't have to keep outlook client open.
