    Here's my story.

    I am able to RECEIVE email via either VersaMail or Agendus with no problem. However, I am unable to SEND email with either program.

    I have confirmed in both program's account set-ups that my outgoing server (smtp.comcast.net) is correct and that it requires authentication.

    Whenever I try to send anything, I get the message: unable to connect to smtp.comcast.net.

    Any ideas? It's driving me nuts...

    same problem. I have tired using both my own smtp and various combos of the sprintpcs smtp server.

    Use the IP address..it works great. NOTE: Be sure to use the EMAIL and PASSWORD from your sprint EMAIL not your vison one.
