I would love to see some benchmarks that show the difference in performance (if any) when using high speed SD cards on in the 650 vs. 600.

I read that the high speed memory doesn't work well and is slow in the 600 and am hoping that problem was fixed. I have a 650 on order but don't want to buy a high speed card if it doesn't work and don't have a 600 to test against.

This may be important since the memory problem may cause many of us to rely on a large SD card to get all our apps installed. A performance gain from using the high speed versions of the SD memory would be a welcome thing.

    Cheers

i just posted in another topic regarding the benchmarks i ran on the 650 and my kingmax 60x card. the write speed is still terrible, but read speeds are the best yet shown for a treo device (of course, mine are the only 650 benchmarks up so far!)

Ok, I finnally tested my Sandisk Ultra 2 512, on the Treo 600, it was 282 vfs mark, with the 650, it was 556, so it helped. The person above with the kingmax scored 423, so the Ultra II is better.
