    What is SV-type proof?

non-refutable... the kind the DoD would consider accurate... well then again, look at iraq...
as in- take a picture of your new 650 with your old 600, and vice versa!

on another note, i am quite a fan of seldom-visitor... he definitely keeps everyone in check and from running rampant with rumors etc...

I believe only moderators can do sticky.
    Pager > Nokia ???? > Nextel i1000 > Nextel i1000 plus > T-Mobile Sidekick (B&W) > Nokia 3650 > Treo 650 GSM Cingular - Bought via TreoCentral (Feb 2005)

Why Sprint's 650 over waiting a few months and getting the GSM version?

I currently have a crappy Sprint phone and I'm definitely going to get a 650, but I keep hearing from loads of people that I should wait for the GSM:

Mainly because of EDGE, plus being able to call from anywhere in the world.

Is those the only reasons I should wait, or should I join the bandwagon and buy one right now!

    What does everyone think?

    Thanks

Couldn't agree more. A bit of light hearted drivel amongst the more serious stuff is great. It takes our minds off the wait for the units to start shipping - especially for us GSM users who are going to have to put up with all you Sprint guys getting the stuff first You lucky buggers - Jan is so far away

Mine is offically "in transit" (per UPS site) ... but I doubt it'll arrive first. Not that I care. I can be dead last ... as long as it's the last one that arrives tomorrow.
