    Josh is it true that the warehouse was shipping out recent orders first instead of pre-orders? The CSR was particularly unhelpful in verifying if this was the case or not?

    Keep trying on the FedEx website with your tracking number, just refresh your web browser. it shows that fedex was notified at 5:49pm

    P.s just so you know its NOT "first come first serve" its "first one that gets his CC approved gets shipped " i used a debit card NOT a credit card.

    I ordered from Palm and TC last year, and received both phones before I received a tracking number, I bet we will read on Tuesday of people who get their phones, without an email, and without a tracking number, thats my guess, it happened last year with the 600 launch...

    5:05 PM PST and no tracking info appearing on the Fedex site for me yet. Starting to get worried! Let's hope they are scanning the packages on the loading dock as we speak! (er, type!)

    Josh, thanks (don't want to fill your box with another PM). That is what others at P1 have told me....but hearing from a TC associated person calms me (at least some)!!! I'll be patient, I promise. I certainly appreciate your time and looking up my information! I say we all call P1 and insist Josh get a raise/promotion/free T650 or something!

    TOLUST and others - When was your credit card charged? i.e. what was the transaction or post date? Can you see the charge on your credit card company's website already?
