I think Pa1m One sells a replacement stylus that unscrews like the old HS ones, but instead of a screw driver or reset pin, it has a PEN. Does the OE stylus have this? Any one of the peopl that have a 650 alreadyt know?

The stylus pen is shown as an accessory on the treo brochure I picked up at the roadshow. The pen is under the stylus tip, not the flat end. I'm guessing this will show up on Palm1's website. I have the styluscentral pen for the 600, and I use it constantly.

Whoa, and I was just joking with my earlier comment. Jeez.

Judging from the photo, it looks like it might, maybe, hopefully, SCREW on! If so, that would pretty well eliminate the getting stuck problem.

I ordered two from stylus central, and one of them had the "cap came off, but the stylus stayed stuck" problem. Nothing needle nose pliers couldn't solve. Replacement stylus worked fine.

The original pen stylus that worked fine in the beginning continues to work great almost a year later.

The T650 stylus is probably to small to do this, but I think everybody here would just love a stylus/pen that is clickable. (Click for pen/unclick back to stylus.)

I bought the stylus pen here at TC and never had a problem with it getting stuck. I do agree that a screw would be better because its pretty hard to get the top off of this one (probably to fix the problem of getting stuck). It really does come in handy! I've always hated touching that nasty pen at the doctor office to sign in. Now I always have my own

The standard 650 stylus has a nice heft to it. It seems to be all steel with a plastic tip. I saw it at a show and tried to see if the head could unscrew. It does not. You use the tip of the stylus for resetting. There is no need to unscrew anything to reset a 650.
