    When did you place your order? I ordered mine as soon as the e-mail went out on Monday. I have a feeling by ordering something for $9.99 you might have been able to get in the front of the line... if I only had known...

    I don't get it.

    It appears that Palm is only shipping the accessories that were placed w/ karlfranz's order. I don't see what the fuss is about. This does not indicate that the 650 is actually going to ship.

    Am I missing something here?

    I thought this was odd too because I waited a couple of days before ordering. My order was #817124 and I placed it on the 10th. I guesss this shows that the whole theory of the first order number being #790000 is complete bunk!

    My status says awaiting shipment.

    Actually, it looks like spiVeyx is right. They shipped him the accessory that he ordered and none of us did. The others are not shipping today (sorry to burst your bubble). They indicate "processing" which all of our orders indicated before it went to "back ordered." I have a feeling Monday will be the shipping day. Sprints offer to liquidate their 600s by offering accessories with them ends on the 14th (Sunday). So, it makes sense that the day after that deal ends, the Treo650 will start shipping.

    P1 has indicated when I called them (and it has been reported here) that they are awaiting the green light from SprintPCS. Also, I just called P1 to see if they have any update as to when the green light would be given, they said they sill haven't heard. When I said rumor is it is today, they said they've hear the same rumor from customers, but "wouldn't be surprised."

    I still would guess Monday due to the 14th ending the other 600 offer and that the initial waiting period this past Monday was "ship in 1 to 2 weeks."

    I'd like mine to be shipped today (as they stated on the Chat session)...but I can wait until Monday. But I'm tellling you (listenting Palm?), if I find a Treo 650 in a store before mine arrives in the mail, I'm buying it and refusing the shipment from P1, and they'll pay for shipping for nothing. I don't need their BT headphone that bad. Yes, I understand that I need therapy, a life and a hobbie (and the Treo).

    its a given that they will send the crappy accessories out. perhaps thats their loophole in even stating you will recieve your order in 1-3 weeks. well if they ship today and something gets there monday, well thats 1 week for some people who ordered first thing monday. i would wager not a single person in this message board gets a treo 650 on monday.

    "they haven't even hit our warehouse yet"

    Our Sprint business rep sent us an email today saying that the "projected availability" for the T650 is Monday, and she put in the orders. Not sure exactly what that all means, but I am fairly confident it will show up in the next...like...3 weeks

    But damnit, he will be the first one on his block with an accessory. Jealously runs rampant in America.
