    I have a fix for this. There is a new Vision Pack out there that Sprint just launched. It is the Communication Pack. This gives you Unlimited browsing, Unlimited SMS, Unlimited Voice Command. I'm surprised Cust Care didn't offer this to you. Have them change it to this and it should solve your Unlimited problems.

    It seems the system limites you to 100 SMS messages on the Professional Pack that you have.

    I ran into the same issue with unlimited messages and got it for the $5 extra a month. I spoke to a rep about the communication package, but she was unable to find it. She was nice however to change my account around so I am not being charged the $5 for it since I have the PCS vision professional.

    Does it (communication pack) include Multimedia pack, picture email or video mail ?

    No idea what it contains. The rep I spoke to was not able to locate it in the system, and she used several searches. SHe finally just gave up and said I would get credited for the $5 for unlimited and still be receiving it. This is something Verizon Wireless would have never done when I had them.

    I signed up for the deal and the phone came in 2 days. I called sprint and they verified the codes for the discounts are on my plan.

    MJ, I purchased my unit from you on 1/3 but have not received my rebate or accessories. I called a couple times but had to leave a message on your machine and so far I haven't heard back. Can you please fill me in on the dates? Thanks.

    I, too just got my accessories. They are a joke. I'm happy with the 20% discount and free unlimited vision, so it's not like I wouldn't do the deal again.

    But, seriously, the case is going right in the trash. You have to struggle to get it to snap closed, but I wouldn't do that if I were you because the back of the snap is right over the screen and at least on mine it is hard and sharp. It would only take ONE snapping of this case to DESTROY the screen.

    The headphones I'll keep in my glove box in case I forget to bring some with me, but they are 99 cent store quality.

    As for the car charger I'm throwing that out, too. There is no way I'm plugging that flimsy junk into my $600 treo. No way. If anyone has had the balls to actually plug theirs in, I'd like to give you a medal of bravery.

    I don't know what MJ spent on these "accessories", but I bet it cost more to mail them ($1.55 via USPS). I think it said $90 value on his site. Yeah, not quite.

    I'm not pissed, but man, I'm dissapointed, especially after waiting more than a month. I guess I should have figured as much.

    Just wanted to throw some praise in for MJ and OTI. I ordered mine early Jan. and received in two days. Got all rebates on first bill. Had a little trouble with % off on first bill but called Sprint for adjustment and was good on second bill. MJ always responds within one day, even minutes, sometimes even on weekends. The accessories are crap but the car charger seems to work fine. I highly recommended these guys.

    I'm a little disapointed that no one has returned my call since last Thursday. I was pretty happy at first but here I am 2 months later and have not yet received my rebate.

    Guys don't kill me the cases showed up yesterday but were the wrong ones. I have raised hell with them to get the correct ones overnighted to me at their expense. I should have them tomorrow.

    You're right they are basic stuff. The car charger does work just fine with the pigtail adapter that comes with the phone. The case is such a snug fit, I use mine after cutting off the strap. It ain't going anywhere.

    Got first bill, and rebate was not shown on the account. I contacted Sprint regarding the $250 rebate on the phone, and they have no record of it. How can we get this resolved?

    I just got my accessories- MJ mush have changed the cases b/c mine is sweet. No snap- it uses a magnet & works great. The earpiece stays in much better than the one that came with the treo also. I'm a littlle apprehensive about plugging my treo into a generic looking charger- but i didn't expect an official palmone charger to come free.

    Also, make sure that as soon as you get connected with sprint you call them and ask if the rebate codes show up in their system. I did that immediately and they are there. Now it's just a matter of waiting for them to apply the rebates- which it looks as if will take several weeks (lame- but thats on sprint.)

    if they don't show up i'm sure MJ will walk you through whatever it takes to get them on there.

    So far so good- I'm extremely happy with OTI and the sprint deal.
