Does anyone know if the treo 650 will support Java? According to the updated dubai review.
The PDA2k does. This might be a breaker for me if the 650 doesnt.

It should, I'm just not sure whether it will be included by default.

From the Treo 650 product page on the P1 website it lists the following internet standards supported:

"Compliant with Internet standards HTML 4.01, xHTML 1.0, cHTML, WML 1.3, SSL 3.0, HTTP 1.1, JavaScript 1.5, CSS 1.0 and 2.0 (partial), GIF, animated GIF, JPEG, PNG, BMP and Cookies."

I could be wrong but i think "Java" and "Java script" are very different. I think palm had some sort of Java support for the 600 but i have never used it.

It better be included. I know my 600 never had it, and it limited me so much from software and websites.
Couldnt even list items on ebay.

Supporting Java applications, won't change the lack of ability for the browser to support Java applets. If you mean you've run into problems because of Javascript incompatibilities, then having Java included will change nothing. Blazer does have support for some Javascript. Maybe Blazer's support of Javascript has been improved for the one that's on the Treo 650.

Reqwireless WebViewer runs under the IBM Webshpere Micro Environment. Would this be at least a browsing solution for both the 600 and 650?

Reqwireless WebViewer works fine at least on the Treo 600.
