I was suddenly unable to download any picture shares to my phone (I could see the pictures in the browser and forward them though) and it looked like several other people had the same problem, so I called Sprint, and after an hour telling them it wasn't a problem with my my phone, they said their tier 2 tech support would look into it.

They called me back the next day and said that LightSurf (the Sprint picture sharing outsource company) was able to duplicate my problem and it was a problem with their servers. They fixed it and now it works! yea!
