Im new to this forum and have been reading a lot about the 650. I read a post in this section about a link that sells the 650 here it is http://www.directmobilephones.com/ha...650_index3.htm
On the website it states that it is html compatible and that the new web browser allows you to surf any web site—including JavaScript enabled sites—and even download software. Does this mean that if i choose to buy the Treo the websurfing is comparable to a desktop computer?
any and all info is appreciated
    thanks

In the vernacular of Laugh Inn, "Interesting but not very funny."
The Treo 650 is not available yet. The expected release date is next Monday. Anyone claiming to sell it is selling hot air. The Handspring was bought by PalmOne. The site you posted a link too says it is made by Handspring. Since Handspring is gone, that is interesting.
If you poke around in the discussion group you can get all the speculation you want, but very little knowledge.
Since no one has a production model to use, no one has the answers to your questions.

This is true even on the Treo 600.
