I just bought a used Treo 600 at a great price and I am totally in love with it. I liked my 300 but I really, really like the 600. Anyway....
I have managed to create my own ringer from a guitar riff but now when I get a call the Lighwave ringer rings AND the treo midi ringer rings at the same time. If I turn off the Treo ringer it goes right to vibrate. How do I make this work?

Select the ring tone called "Silent" as your Treo ringer

You have to put it on Silent (the midi) and it should work

DOH, I looked 3 times and didn't see silent. Great. I'm excited to finally have a phone with the exact ringer I want. Now I'm on the hunt for some cool XM Radio tones (electric guitar, blues guitar, etc.) Thanks!

kouma: not sure what kind of format for nokia ringtone. but as long as it is midi, you can use it in treo without using 3rd party software.

There is an application called mTone that should provide that ability.
