    Okay,
So I am sure there is someone out there that has got this all figured out. I have a Blog and a Moblog. I really would just like one place to do all this. So far I have accounts at Blogger and Textamerica. Any cool programs or apps that will let me MobLog using the Treo 600 Camera and post directly (wirelessly) to my Blogger account?

U may wish to try these, both free.

mfop2: works w/movable type , assume the other hosted accounts like
Blogger, Textamerica as well. or try TypePad which may also work w/mfop.

    mfop2

Simsi is a php moblog, its cool to.

If you have Sprint you can just send a PictureMail to your Blogger account using your Blogger e-mail address that you can use to post from an e-mail. I have been using it and it works great.
Here is the help file from Blogger.

Get a free Flickr account and set up its Blogger email feature. Then, all you have to do is write an email to a special Flickr email address (unique to your Blogger blog) and attach a pic to the email. The photo is posted to your Flickr account and also to you blog with the text of your email as the blog entry. A very nice, free solution that allows you to use your regular blog as a moblog whenever you want.

I have signed up for a free Flickr account. I find it very easy to use by emailing a picture attachment to their site for uploading to my account. This works very well.

However, here's what I cannot figure out: How do you let your friends know what link to click on to find your images? I even tried typing in my user name in the search box, but nothing comes up, nor do my unique "tag" names. How in the world do you let others know what link to click on so others can see your images? I find this issue to be very NON-intuitive to figure out on their site.

If the answer happens to be that it's impossible to do the above, then I would cease to use my account, because it would be useless to me.

    Thanks, Casey.

Not sure what you mean by "what link to click on". You can copy the URL from your address bar and email it to your friends if you want to send them to a specific image. I'm doing the flickr/blogger thing, and if you click on the image in the blog, it takes you to the image page on flickr. Here's mine: http://slithy.blogspot.com .

I tried it out since it was free and it works surprisingly well.

It is non-intuitive for the most part...but once you click on all the links...one of them gives you the option to name your site (so you can pick something other tha your user name; but I chose my username anyway).

Considering it's free...I'm extremely happy with it. Can't wait to use it more in the future.

    Grndslm,

There are soooooo many links at Flickr.com. Can you point me to the exact link so I can set up my profile so others can find me easily?

    Thanks! -Casey

Neeeever mind...I figured it out. I was able to add my name at the end of a URL to become my permanent user name address for other people to find me.

Now that this is figured out, I like Flickr.com much better now!

    Casey
