    Has anyone ever come accross an after market Calc app that is just a basic simple calculator, with just + - / = % and Memory functions, oh, and big buttons!
    I just find the Treo one too fiddly for most things.
    thanks.

    You probably know this, but you can "toggle mode" with the Treo's built in calculator between "basic" and "advanced" modes. The buttons get bigger in basic mode and just has the features you want without the other fancy stuff. Press Menu-M
    Palm V-->Visor Deluxe-->Visor Prism-->Visorphone-->Treo 180-->Treo 600-->Treo 650 on Sprint-->Treo 700p-->Centro-->Diamond-->Pre-->HTC EVO 4g???!

    A nice little app I like to use is snapCalc 5.6. It's freeware and can be found at http://www.palmgear.com/index.cfm?fu...=&prodID=47844

    D'oh - I never knew there was a built in basic function.... mind you I did wonder why I had never seen anyone else complain.
    So, thanks Heberman - exactly what I wanted. Suitably embarrassed....

    If you want to go into the exact opposite direction - to total complexity and lotsa cool functions - try PDAcalc from www.pdacalc.com. It even does 3D graphing.
