This is the only info I have. I believe it is still current.

    Verizon SMTP Email info:

    mail.airbridge.net
    User: qnc
    PW: qnc

That is what I use to use when I had to use Verizon's SMTP service to send email through my wireless Verizon cell phone. I no longer use Verizon's SMTP service. I now use my own servers SMTP server and use a different port other than port 25 which most ISP block unless you send mail through their smtp network.

you apparently have to have wireless sync on your account (or the data plan, which includes WS) to get properly provisioned on VZ's SMTP server. I tried for 3 days without luck to find a work around. There are other SMTP services out there like fastmail (didn't try it, but many people here use it), but the big benefit for me for getting the data plan (which is still way too expensive) is access to VZW Express Network, rather than Quick2Net, which is only like 14.4 speeds versus more like 60-70k. Just my $0.02

Assuming you have a Verizon mail account, the SMTP settings are:

    SMTP Server: outgoing.verizon.net
User Name: Your user name (without "@verizon.net")
    Password: Your Verizon mail password

That should do it. Works for me in Snappermail
