Why do you say it's not accepting cookies? Do you get an error message?

yes... I frequently search the web site al.com which puts a cookie on your phone when you go on it. well I just got my treo exchanged and now when I log onto it and fill out the information that it asks you for on the website it sends me to another page that informs me my browser isnt set up to accept cookies. This is getting very annoying because everytime I try to read an article I have to re-fill out the form.

Sprintdude, I had the same exact problem and I too use Sprint. I read on a thread somewhere that if you do a Hard Reset it will correct the problem. I did just that and like magic, it worked. Make sure to sync all your data to the desktop cause you will lose all your data when doing a hard reset. It worked for me and many otehrs so try it... Good Luck

no need to do a hard reset. There is a blazer file to delete that will fix the issue. use filez to delete the web cookies file in the ram of the treo....no more problem.
