    Just bought the Treo 600 from Verizon on Saturday (9/5/04). When I got home I did a little research on the web and found the Treo 650.

    It does not make sense for me to buy the Treo 600 now when the 650 will be released soon. I know that the 650 will be released in the 4th Quarter of 04. (inside scoop) Sprint will be the first carrier of the 650.

    Should I send the 600 back and wait until Verizon releases the 650? (Verizon is very slow)

    If I purchased the Treo 650 from Palm in November, can it be converted to access verizon's network?

    Thanks!

    PS. I also understand that there is a TV tuner available for the Treo 600's. Is that true?

    If you are sticking with Verizon, I suggest keeping with the Treo 600. It may be a long time before the Treo 650 is available.
    Palm V-->Visor Deluxe-->Visor Prism-->Visorphone-->Treo 180-->Treo 600-->Treo 650 on Sprint-->Treo 700p-->Centro-->Diamond-->Pre-->HTC EVO 4g???!

    ...like close to a year! That's how long it took for Verizon to test the 600 to their standards.
