I was wondering if there has been any clarification on the type of LCD screen on the impending Treo 650? The current Treo 600 uses a CSTN LCD, which though bright is difficult to read in the sunlight. All the current Tungsten models use a Transflective TFT LCD screen which is more readable in the sunlight but not quite as sharp indoors in a backlight situation as a CSTN screen. I use my Treo outdoors a lot and the Transflective screen is way more valuable to me than even hi-res.

hopefully TFT or TFD...better battery life, but meh as long as its not like the SE T616 and SE T610 im happy

All I can say it better as heck be a tranflective tft! After nearly two years of low rez hell on my Treos, I desperately want a nice 320x320 screenie!!

I hope the colors are a bit brighter too. Overall the T600 screen is nicer than my old Kyo 7135, but the colors aren't as bright.
