    Howdy...

Does anyone know where you can get an adapter to use a cellular headset on a computer with 2 jacks for headphone and mic?

I have a great cell headset, but I use VoIP on my PC too, and I'd like to just carry one headset around. I'd need an adapter that converts the 2.5mm on my cell headset plug to the 2 X 3.5 jacks on my laptop...

Any ideas where to get such a beast?

    Thanks,

    Ben

This should do the trick, you might need to get a 3/32" to 1/8" adapter for your headset plug...

I think this one is a much better solution: http://www.radioshack.com/product.as...ct%5Fid=26-204

I personally have one of those in my desk and it works great, you also get a headset/speakers switch.

    Hope it helps.

For you guys that use a headset switch, how does it work if you have front/back speakers and there are two output leads coming from the computer? I presume you insert the switch into the front line and when you flip to headset mode, it cancels the rear speakers?
