    Hi,

I've been using D-Vision2 (free) to encode movies to watch using MPlayer on my Treo 600. I emailed the author recently requesting lower audio bitrates and they just updated the app to include 32 and 16k bitrates (shrinking the size of your files).

I'm not the author, just a user :-)

I use Kinoma Producer and Player. You do have to pay for Producer 2, but I still think it's great. http://www.kinoma.com/
