Hi there. Sometimes I'll be driving and have 3 or more bars for signal strength and the call will fluctuate between being clear and being almost impossible to hear. I am not using a headset. It's like the signal fades in and out. Sometimes it's just plain too soft all the time. I never had this problem with my Kyocera 6035 and am still with Verizon. My sales rep thought there might be a setting to turn off something that compensates for background noise, but I can't find anything (he thought perhaps the phone is auto adjusting the sound level based on car noise -- no one else is in the car, the radio is off and I'm not singing to myself during the call ). Is anyone else having this issue or know of a possible solution?
