I used to only use pocket pc... now I have the treo and I have to say I like it. However I have noticed that I cannot get the internet connection (vision) to allow me to download programs that are not dirrectly intended for the treo (in other words... use it as a storage device) is there a way to do this, and is the a way to have that download put dirrectly on the sd card.

This very cool program mounts your SD onto your hard drive while your Treo is plugged in via USB. It also functions as a palm hotsync. It is a Mac program though.

If you have a PC I advise two options:

    1) buy an SD card reader

    or

    2) Buy a Mac

I don't think I've testing this intensely, but I've downloaded .gif's and .jpg's via the browser and saved them.

dunno about the internet connection, but if you want to use your treo as a storage device via USB you got to check out Card Export II. It allows the treo to function as a memory pen
water created humans to carry it up hills
