After wasting money on several inexpensive cases for my 600, I went for broke and bought the Vaja iVod case for the Treo 600 (www.vajacases.com). Expensive? Yeah. Phenomenal? Undoubtably. Customer service? Stellar.

After about 5 months of use, I noticed the leather coming away from the cut out for the earpiece. No biggie; just a little aesthetically challenged. So I shot an email off to vaja, with a digital picture of the problem. I didn't have my order number, nor could I pinpoint the month I bought it.

They (Maria) got right back to me, with instructions. Of course they would replace my case. Sent it to a Miami returns center, and the new one will be on the way when it's done being made. I'll post here when I get it.

I just wanted to share a VERY positive experience with a company that makes a very high quality (albeit high priced) product. If things go well with this exchange, I may order one for my iPod.
