Im need a program to keep track of the equipment at work. I need to know what software and hardware each computer has. Things like ip addresses and user information is also important. I've looked for this types of programs but havent been able to find a good one.
I've never owned a "regular" phone, and never will.

You could always do-it-yourself with any of the database programs available.

Doing a search at PalmGear reveals SysAdmin, which appears to fit your needs.

This is a quote from a user of that program:

    25-Jun-02 by Darrell Dyer
Database corrupts very easily wiping out all your entries. I added multiple service entries and attempted to bind them to a user account/password. Very basic function, the database started displaying multiple service entries and any attempt to delete the duplicates erased the entire account. Cannot be trust for storing usernames and passwords reliably. The claim for the demo version is password protection of account data in the registerd version, this is not true and very misreprestative.

    That's unfortunate.

I can't find anything else, so my recommendation is to use something like HanDBase and it's form designer to make something that fits your needs.
